I also had a double lung tx (CF) 6 months after yourself. I dread it when I have a cold. The 1st one I had went straight to my chest but luckily oral antibiotics managed ok but i had to be on them for over 3 weeks. My lung function picked up quite nicely after that. I think you have always got to expect the worst even with a simple cold. I avoid sneezers if I can!!!
